Banana Milk Sago Drink. Try this healthy summer drink! Banana Milk and Sago drink is a local drink in the Philippines. It tastes great and is so simple to make.
How to Make Banana Milk Sago (Serves 4):
Brown Sugar or Muscovado 2 Cups
1. Boil water then add sago. Turn off the heat then leave it for a few hours. Change the water and boil it again. Repeat this process until the Sago balls are cooked. (Almost transparent inside)
2. Boil water (500ml) and melt in brown sugar or muscovado.
3. Slice some bananas and mix in the Sugar mix and simmer it for one minute. Turn off the heat and add in the cooked sago balls.
4. Chill the mix.
5. To serve add cold water and ice.
6. Add condensed milk.
